EmpireCore provides data analysis and forensic intelligence for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or sports wagering advice. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. You assume full responsibility for your own decisions.
By accessing or using EmpireCore ("the Service," "the Platform," "we," "us") at empirecore.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use EmpireCore. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
EmpireCore is a data intelligence terminal. We provide forensic analysis of publicly available sports, financial, and macro-market data. Our system processes injury reports, betting line movements, market volatility indices, and other publicly available data points to generate analytical signals.
EmpireCore is NOT a licensed sports betting advisory service. EmpireCore is NOT a registered investment advisor. EmpireCore does NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any signal, analysis, or data provided.
The signals, picks, and intelligence reports generated by our system represent data-driven analysis only. They do not constitute recommendations to place wagers, make investments, or take any specific action with your money.
EmpireCore operates on a token-based access system. Tokens are purchased in advance and used to unlock daily intelligence reports. Token pricing is as follows:
All purchases are final. Tokens are non-refundable once purchased. Tokens do not expire and carry over indefinitely. One token unlocks the full daily intelligence report for that calendar day.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. EmpireCore does not store your payment card information.
Sports wagering and financial trading involve substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge and agree that:

— Past signal performance is not indicative of future results.
— The analytical signals provided represent one data source among many and should not be the sole basis for any financial decision.
— You are solely responsible for any wagers, trades, or financial decisions you make.
— Sports wagering may be illegal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
All content on EmpireCore — including but not limited to the harvest methodology, signal architecture, interface design, written analysis, and system logic — is the intellectual property of EmpireCore and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display any content from EmpireCore without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmpireCore and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for tokens in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
